5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour’s start time (Iceland local time) will receive a full refund. Once within the 24 hour cancellation policy, no date modifications are available, and the booking becomes non-refundable. Bookings made within this cancellation policy are automatically non-refundable.
Company Cancellations
WayNorth reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to:

Insufficient participation

Operational issues
In such cases, you will be offered:

6. Participation and Responsibilities
By joining a tour, you agree to:
